In June, 2024, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to travel almost 1,500 km.s across Tibet for 3 weeks, culminating in a 50 km. hike around Mt Kailash, a mountain considered to be sacred by Tibetan Buddhists, followers of Bon, and Hindus alike. This section documents those travels in terms of photos and narratives, starting with time spent in Lhasa. To see more, click here.....

Travels in the Lao PDR
I first came to the Lao PDR or Laos in1991, and ended up living there and when I wasn't, making countless journeys there, either to catch up with friends, undertake consulting work, or just travel. These photos capture many of my experiences over the years.
Travels in Indonesia
I have made Indonesia my home base since 2005, mainly because my wife Feiny's family live there. As well as a base for working in Southeast Asia and Oceania, Indonesia is a fascinating mix of cultures, geography and political beliefs. Over the last 20 years, I have traveled and worked extensively in Indonesia, especially in the eastern region (Tanah Papua, Maluku and NTB) and these photos are of some of the places I have been.
